One of my first clients, the Los Angeles Chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), requested that their website be redesigned with a fresher look. The previous design had been in place from when they first began using my services nearly four years before.

The new design is a much cleaner and modern one. The client selected a pre-made template from an open source design community and I made changes to accommodate the chapter’s wishes for the overall look. The redesign was accompanied by the addition of the members only section.

The primary color remained red, but white was used more for accents. The selection of the main graphic was based on the construction theme and the red tones of the sunset.
