As one of my original clients, the Simi-Conejo Chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) had used the same design for just over five years, and it was in need of a makeover.

The current President contacted me, noting that she liked the layout of a neighboring chapter (namely the centered look and rounded corners) and wanted to know if Simi’s website could be made to look similar. A few days later, the new design went live. The primary color remained red (since it is the main color for NAWIC) and drawing from the Chapter’s newsletter design, the content was outlined in a dark blue.
